This policy explains which personal data IQGYM+ processes when you use the mobile app and related services.

1. Controller and contact

The controller of your personal data is Monkey Apps, Žiga Elsner s.p., Sostrska cesta 49, 1261 Ljubljana, Slovenia, registration number 7404948000. For questions or privacy requests, contact iqgym@monkey-course.eu.

2. Data we process

Account and profile: first and last name, email address, protected password, date of birth, weight, gender, fitness level, language, time zone, and an optional profile photo.
App activity: programs and workouts, selected exercises, sets, repetitions, loads, workout dates and duration, progress, and messages you send through the app.
Technical data: device and app-version information, session tokens, and data needed to operate and secure the service.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use account, profile, and workout data to create your account and provide the app functions you request. The legal basis is performance of the contract or terms of use (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use technical data to operate, troubleshoot, and protect accounts and the service based on our legitimate interest in secure operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use messages to respond to your request.

Where the law requires processing, the basis is compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). We will explain any additional optional processing separately and request consent where required.

4. Who may receive data

We do not sell personal data. Hosting and email-delivery providers, and people providing app support, may have limited access where needed to operate the service. We may also disclose data when required by law. The app is currently free and does not process payment-card details in the app.

5. Retention and security

We keep data while it is needed to operate your account and provide the service. Following a deletion request, we delete or anonymize it unless we must keep some data longer to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We use technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or data portability, and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
