1. Provider and acceptance

The app is provided by Monkey Apps, Žiga Elsner s.p., Sostrska cesta 49, 1261 Ljubljana, Slovenia, registration number 7404948000. Contact: iqgym@monkey-course.eu. By creating an account and using the app, you accept these terms.

2. Account and access

Some functions require an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. A minor needs a parent’s or guardian’s consent where applicable law requires it.

3. Exercise and health

Workouts, exercise suggestions, programs, and statistics are general information. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or individualized guidance from a healthcare professional. Consult a doctor or another qualified professional before starting a new exercise routine where appropriate. Adapt exercise to your abilities and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.

4. Price and payments

The planned launch price is €9.99 for a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Check the final price and terms displayed by the store before purchase; pricing may vary by country, currency, and taxes. Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are also subject to the relevant store’s rules. Any additional paid features and their terms will be clearly disclosed before a separate purchase; they are not charged automatically.

5. Permitted use and content

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation and other harmful or illegal content are prohibited. Chat is a private conversation with the coach/administrator; some replies are AI-assisted.

Use the flag beside an incoming message to report it. Use the block icon in the chat header to block the sender and provide a reason. Reported messages are hidden; blocking immediately hides the entire conversation and prevents further messages and AI replies. Reporting or blocking notifies the developer and includes your reason and the reported content or recent messages. We review reports within 24 hours, remove objectionable content, and restrict or terminate abusive accounts where appropriate. Contact: iqgym@monkey-course.eu.

You may use the app for personal and lawful purposes. You must not try to access accounts or systems without authorization, disrupt the service, or submit harmful content. Rights in the app and its content belong to the provider or its licensors; using the app does not transfer ownership to you.

6. Availability and changes

IQGYM+ is an evolving app. We reserve the right to add, improve, modify, or remove individual features to improve the user experience, maintain security, fix errors, adapt to devices or operating systems, respond to changes in external services, or comply with legal requirements. Such modifications are made at no additional cost to the user. Changes may be introduced without prior notice only to the extent permitted by applicable law; where notice is mandatory, we will inform the user clearly and understandably.

If a modification negatively affects access to or use of the digital content or service by more than a minor amount, we will, where required by law, give reasonable advance notice on a durable medium (such as email) describing the modification, its timing, and the user's statutory options, including termination rights or the option to retain the unchanged service where available. This provision does not limit mandatory rights relating to conformity, updates, refunds, or other statutory remedies, and does not grant an unrestricted right to withdraw purchased features.

The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. We will communicate material changes to these terms in an appropriate way and publish an updated version with its effective date.

7. Restriction of access and account deletion

If a user materially breaches these terms or endangers the service’s security, we may restrict or end access to the extent permitted by law. To request account deletion, contact iqgym@monkey-course.eu. The Privacy Policy describes personal-data handling after use ends.

8. Liability and user rights

We work to provide a reliable app, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular exercise result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under the law of your place of residence. For questions or complaints, contact iqgym@monkey-course.eu.
